Maureen Denise McCormick was born on 5 August 1956 at Woodland Hills California the youngest and only daughter of Richard and Irene McCormick. Her father taught at school, while her mother was a housewife. Michael Dennis, Kevin and Dennis are her three older brothers. McCormick was an accomplished entertainer and singer at a young age. Her passion was to show puppet shows for the neighbors. When McCormick was six years young, she took home her first prize in the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley pageant.
