Lesley-Ann Brandt was born Cape Town, South Africa on December 2, 1981. She is a model and actress who is well-known for appearing in TV as well as film. Having started her acting career through the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity Brandt's American debut came with her first role as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress has appeared in numerous TV series during the past 10 years. They include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt is the character Mazikeen in the popular urban fantasy series Lucifer that stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt has a family within Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she moved from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her mother and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Before her rise to the spotlight as a model, she worked in retail sales and also served as an IT recruitment consultant. On the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity, where she played Leilani F'auigaese back in 2009, her first big role taken on. In 2021, she appeared on Spartacus Blood and Sand as a young slave girl Naevia. In the miniseries Spartacus Gods of the Arena She reprised her role Naevia. Craig Parker was her co-star in three TV series that included Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, Mazikeen was cast as a bounty-hunting demon in Netflix's smash hit Lucifer. Her role in Lucifer was the most prestigious to date. The show co-stars her with Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro and D. B. Woodside.
